Ordering from Artisan Organic Co. Shop is so easy and flexible

You can order exactly what you want from Artisan Organic Co. and make your selection from many different types of vegetables, fruit and a multitude of other lovely organic, natural and craft products.

Please state your contact details and we will call you back.

 

Please ring in your order no later than 4.00pm on the day before delivery. Please note our minimum order of £9.99 to qualify for free delivery.

 

Where?

Artisan Organic Co. has a weekly delivery service in our wider local area. We deliver to different postcodes on different days of the week. Before we can take your order, we need to know whether you are within an area that we deliver to.

 

Too busy to remember? We can call you

You can set up a weekly/fortnightly call from us so we can take your order over the phone. So you make sure you don’t miss out.

 

Friendly and efficient delivery service

We make things simple for all customers with free deliveries. You can set up regular orders or just order what you need each week. Our friendly customer service team are there to assist you with your order by phone or email.

 

How?

We prefer to deliver to homes, but we can deliver to work addresses as long as office hours are flexible and the office is in one of our delivery areas. If your office is in a different postcode to where you live, we may deliver there on a different day. If no one is at home to receive your order, your driver will leave it in a safe place which you can specify, such as with a neighbour or in your garden. If we have not received instructions, your driver will leave it in the most sensible place he can find and put a note through your door as to its whereabouts.

 

Once you have placed an order we are happy to deliver to you every week. However, you are under no obligation to continue receiving lovely goods from Artisan Organic Co. You can call us at any time to suspend or cancel your order.

 

When?

The day's deliveries start at around 12 noon and can continue until 6.30pm depending on the size of the round and traffic conditions. We deliver throughout the year, including Bank Holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

 

Availability

Since the availability of some fruit and vegetables varies throughout the year, please refer to the current Artisan Organic Co. catalogue, you find on our website.

 

Return boxes?

Yes please! We re-use all our meat and vegetable delivery boxes. Please leave your empties out for the driver on your delivery day - many of our boxes fold down for easy storage.

Boxes are rather expensive, so we appeal to you to return them each week, which enables us to keep cost as low as possible for you.  We also endeavour to re-use them as often as possible to minimise the burden on the environment.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please phone in your instructions at least one full day before you would receive your produce.
